Don't yell.
I support that, too, but only if account and mail address creation
doesn't take months. When it is requested, the maintainer surely has a
reason, so the process to obtain the account and mail address should
be _FAST_. But since this involves even more humans, it is probably
easier to give out account and mail address with maintainership.
