Try:
HorizSync 30-64
VertRefresh 35-100

They're probably outside the range of what your screen can actually
handle, but I put those on my box (which maxes out at 800x600 though)
and it picked an 85Hz vert refresh for 800x600 and started working
fine.

Basically, I don't think the neomagic card will be willing to overdrive
the LCD panel beyond what it can really do. It's not like a CRT.

Please take this with a grain of salt, it didn't fry my box, but I 
can't guarantee that your laptop won't go up in smoke.
