Neither at present, although forwarding a copy to the keyserver network
would certainly be possible.

That placeholder was auric's homepage and is now gone, although the
replacement is not a great deal more informative :-)

Given that you can lookup developers keys via other means (finger or
http to db.debian.org), no web page for the keyserver is planned at this
time.
