Currently it needs some work to package it. The encoder_example
and decoder_example only operate on stdin and stdout, the winamp
plugin does work, though. There is no real frontend written yet.
However lame CVS has added vorbis support *duck*.

And somebody should contact Monty if he considers his program
ready for inclusion into a distribution.
