     * HotJava -- the license prohibits redistribution of any kind.
     * Courtney -- the licence is too restrictive.
     * KDE et al -- the QT licence is incompatible with GPL.
     * 8hz-mp3, bladeenc, etc -- patent problems with Fraunhofer
       Institute.

L.A.M.E. is an MP3 encoder (:)) just like 8hz-mp3 and bladeenc. I'll go add
it explicitely to that list.
