More accuratly, the defalt for contrib is yes IFF you said yes to
non-free. Otherwise, you arn't even asked about contrib.
(I have just realized that you still _should_ be asked about contrib,
since it can contain stuff that doesn't not depend on stuff in non-free.
Not sure what I should do to correct that.)
