Gee, I don't know if the current team of people keeping the BTS, Mirrors,
Archive, Web Pages, etc would agree with this kind of dismissal of how
difficult and complicated a job it really is. 

I'd say it would take a month or more of very steady effort to make the
required arrangements just to get the show on the road, and probably a
good two days every week there after just to keep it all running smoothly.

Realisticly, Debian would loose probably two talented people just to
maintain this new creation, who ever these people may be. I'd rather see
them working on free software stuff than doing work which is more
efficiently done with the current arragement.
