Let me just clarify a little bit. I meant "mark it [REMOVE]" not
"remove it". What I wanted was a clear signal of how far we is to
release if we not waiting for every not-essential package.
How and when to remove packages is another question, and maintainers
should have a fair chance to respond to bugs. I wouldn't have any
problem with a official set of packages we couldn't release without
and other packages would automatically get a [REMOVE] mark.
Maybe something like Optional and extra packages and non-free packages
(with special exceptions) was automatically [REMOVE]able.
