Ideally, yes. In practice, I'd say that's no more likely to work
than postmaster@domain. I've seen NIC entries with technical contacts
called "NOC Administrator <blah@hotmail.com>"; do you think hotmail
addresses should be acceptable for domain contacts? I don't but apparently
Network Solutions don't mind.
