Fetchmail is one of Richard Braakman's five packages with scary bugs
that could delay the release:

If 43140 (and the ones it's been merged with) or 50990 is caused by
the default antispam setting, there's already a release-critical bug
reported. A few occurances of mail being dropped have been fixed in
the most recent versions of fetchmail, too, although I should repeat
the tests I did a while ago.
