The patch is available from the utah-glx CVS repository in the agpgart module,
see http://glx.on.openprojects.net/ :
1. Get the GLX source
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.utah-glx.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/utah-glx login
(just press enter for the password)
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.utah-glx.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/utah-glx co newagp
