t1lib1-1.0 being uploaded tonight

Hi,

Sorry to spring this on you guys so close to the freeze (the various holiday
activities preempted me working on it earlier), but I'm uploading a new
upstream version of t1lib tonight that will require all packages depending
on it to be recompiled.

I expect that t1lib 1.0 is binary compatible with 0.9.x, however, because
the soname has changed upstream, and because I don't want to break binary
compatibility with other distributions or self-compiled versions, it will be
a separate package.

I would like to get t1lib0 out of the archive before the real freeze.
