Full ban AFAIK. You're forbiden to distribute it here, no matter what. The
fines are _very_ high and you don't want to risk going to jail here in
Brazil for more than a night, trust me.

The ban on Duke Nuken, Doom and a few other games was called because a
mentally unstable cretin who wanted to "become a terrorist" went postal in a
movie theater with a machinegun, and somebody had to wail to the press it
was "just like this scene in Duke Nuken 3D". Children-protection was never
even mentioned I think.
