Oh, also, in my .netscape/plugin-list I have:

PluginList Version 1
/usr/lib/netscape/plugins/plugger.so 935812237 video/mpeg:
mpeg,mpg,mpe:MPEG animation; 

etc. etc.

image/png: png:PNG image; image/x-png: png:PNG image;

And so forth.

I can view mpegs with "view image" just fine, bug not png's.
