I think it would be better to move those packages from Incoming into potato
ASAP and any that result in unfixable RC bugs be removed during the freeze 
period. A lot of the packages have been waiting in Incoming for quite a 
while and it's a bit unfair that the developers are penalised for something 
that's not their fault (yes, I do have quite a few packages in Incoming,
including a few for a developer I'm sponsoring).

*hoping that libsnmp-session-perl will be moved out of Incoming before the 
freeze so that MRTG 2.8.8 will work*
