With Emacs 20.2 and Emacs 20.3 there were valid reasons to keep Emacs 19
in Debian for people who want really stable Emacs with only few bugs.
But Emacs 20.4 is IMHO already as stable as 19.34, so those reasons are
no longer valid.

Then maybe mule2 should go to some extra section, similar to the
