While the base section includes packages that "form a minimum subset of
the Debian GNU/Linux system that is installed before everything else" and
the newer RAID drivers will start the arrays without any binaries on the
(AFAIK) already bloated rescue disks, I doubt that the raidtools2 should be
included.
Unless, of course, installation on RAID devices would be implemented.
