Yes, this could be a touchy area... but if the mirrorers are very supportive of
Debian, they may praise the action, not curse it...
Only mirror sites that are neutral to Debian's "cause" are the ones that may get
cold feet from the action...

Who runs all the mirrors anyway?
Is there a list on www.debian.org that lists them and give thanks, etc.?
I know VA Research runs one, and they love us. :) Even hired Joey Hess and
another Debianite!
