I had misunderstood about the priority of it, because
for the architecture of PC9800, kernel-patch-2.2.9-pc9800
doesn't have a specialised requirement and is usefull anyway.
fdisk-pc9800 is analogous. In addition, there is a directory
of the architecture, `potato-pc98'. 

The architecture I will upload is `binary-i386' :)
