There are a few developers (Manoj, Vaidhy, yours truly etc.) who are of
Indian origin. Most of us developers of Indian origin are in the US.
Internet connectivity in India is terrible.
Most of the Linux users there are exposed to RH through the CD they get
through PC Quest magazine. I recently sent a LUG in India a bunch of
Debian CDs. I think the number of Debian users in India is increasing.
