New mailing-list request (debian-japanese)

Hi, 

Would you create new mailing-list, debian-japanese@lists.debian.org?

In Debian JP community, we have some mailing-lists discussing about Debian,
but in these lists all messages are written in Japanese.  So for non native
Japanese, we think, it's hard to subscribe the lists.

So, we think it is good if we have new mailing-list discussing about Japanese 
environments on Debian in mainly English.  However, we'd like to encourage
those who are non native Japanese but learning Japanese to talk in Japanese:)
Of course, such lists can be maintained by our site, but I think it will be
managed by Debian Project itself.  Would you create such mailing-lists?
