DEB of gEyes v0.04 now available.

I've just upload the Debian package for new version of gEyes (0.04) to
http://w3.ualg.pt/~pmguerre/geyes.

This new version has support for themes, giving you the power to change those
old tired eyes to something different, like injecting blood on the eyes, or even
have three eyes looking to you mouse. :)

Just try it out and say something. I'll upload it to master as soon as my
application is processed.
