Correct. I'm not saying that they should have their own numbering
scheme...just that we should not expect every port to stay on
the same time schedule...ie..sparc shouldn't be expected
to release version 2.2 at the same time as the i386 version. As long
as the requirements for the version are the same we still have some
comformity.
