I hope to attend on the next one, 1999, if any and in a city not too far
from here.

I hope I can bring a working Debian GNU/Hurd system with me, dunno if it is
or isn't appropriate for a Linux Kongress ;) However, I need a laptop first
(and a working Hurd :)
