Several and various, none nearly to the scale of Debian. But at the same time some of them were a lot like Debian as far as the way others wanted it run with hopefully equal representation to everyone. And a lot of the same types of disagreements and conflicts. We tend to argue these here in massive flamewars to hash them out, but in smaller projects I had to mediate the two sides since we weren't emailling each other but rather directly talking real-time. It was a lot of work sometimes, but I think I was pretty good at it. I would expect there to be more work involved with Debian because it is bigger and I am prepared for this. Fortunately it seems especially with the constitution, a lot is delegated to others and my job would be as much coordinating with those others as being a visible person both internally and externally. I have already said I would not be invisible as I feel Ian is now. > Just in case some are wondering, yes I know what I'm talking about and I > have the feeling that DPL could easily become a fulltime job. I have the time to devote to Debian and feel this is the best way I can do it right now. -- "You're despicable." -- Daffy Duck
