When did you become a Debian developer? About the time of the hamm release, so not too long actually. I've been a Debian user for a year as of a couple days ago and I was active in -devel before I became a developer. In fact, I knew in January that I wanted to become a developer. I was attracted by the social contract and the DFSG. > 2. What packages do you currently maintain? epic4, epic4-help, mikmod, asclassic, and I've picked up svgatextmode but haven't really done much to/with it yet. I'm involved with a few other projects such as the QPL license which I pretty much rewrote between .90 and .91, though this is really only Debian-related. > 3. How many open bugs do your packages now have? > How many of these are severity: important or higher? Far too many to list! Oh, you mean the bugs that are my responsibility, not upstream bugs. => Let's see.. svgatextmode has a handful of them, none release critical and a number of them are forwarded. epic4 has a wishlist bug which is waiting on hop (upstream author) to provide his opinion on the matter. asclassic needs to be recompiled with a few minor packaging chnages. I haven't been giving it the attention it deserves because of problems I am having with X itself. Branden is working on the problems, I haven't had time to dig into the guts much mikmod has a bug that it depends on too many libs which I'm planning to fix before release by splitting off an alsa/esd version from the package which would just be open sound system. It has a bug that it needs recompiling with potato libraries, but I am not currently running potato as I am still working with slink.
