Good greif, no. Whoever is project leader is welcome to their own ideas and
opinions. They just have to keep them seperate from their opinions as
project leader. For example, Ian has done an excellent job of stressing the
difference. Unless his email is from leader@debian.org[1], the post is his
opinion and is not an official statement of the debian probject.
