I'd like to echo this - I'd like to see a leader that would mostly
keep his/her mouth shut.  But still be there to keep the process on
course.

Ian's done a pretty good job.  He's really toned down since he took
over the job.  As leader, he was the right guy to initiate the DFSG2
process, but perhaps he shouldn't have tried so hard to
steer/influence after it had started.  That's a minor complaint.

Bruce was OK too, but he got hung out to dry too many times when he
tried to "lead".  The technical direction of Debian is going to be
determined by those that write the code - not the leader.

Being the leader is the biggest volunteer job we've got - with lots of
sacrifice, and almost no payback.  I think it may be a tough
administrative post to fill.  :-(
