I am reading this docos now (actually now I go to bed as it's 2 am here
in Japan). Unfortunately, this tutorial states that libs are too much
for a newcomer, while the vdk is a lib. I suppose I have to make a
libvdk, a libvdk-dev and a libvdk-dbg. Also a libvdk-doc, but that's
simple: we have for the moment just a big ps file. (Some people are
working to other formats, though. I myself should write a tutorial for
VDK.)

I will play around for a while and read other docos also. Anyhow, I have
to wait for the acceptance from the new-maintainer@debian.org.

Yes, I think it's incredible. And as you say, it is not huge. Unless you
compile it with debug options :-)
(libvdk.a ~ 10Mb)

Any other suggestions ?
