I'm really surprised some Debianer can think this way.  Please, quote
the relevant part of the DFSG showing this software is non-free.  What
have the authors of gnupg to do with the US government?  IIRC they're
not US citizens.  So, it is not free just because some country says it
is not exportable?

How many Debianars think this way?  I can't believe there are many!?
