To return to the original topic of this thread... I have, at Richard Braakman's request, a more or less functional libstdc++2.8 package. It has a few issues I want to resolve before I upload it. Is there any reason at all for me to produce a libstdc++2.8-dev package, now that 2.9 is out? I think there would not be. Dan
