I assume you're talking about, hmm, KDE? I'm not sure that "we",
meaning Debian I assume, can do very much about it. (For the record,
I think we should not be distributing (improperly)GPLed KDE apps, at
least while the current situation persists, but I don't see what else
we can possibly do.)
I don't own any of the code in question, so I can't do anything but
complain. (If I did, you can bet that someone would be hearing from
my lawyer. I don't necessarily think the GPL is the best license for
everything, but if I put it on a program I do so because I want it to
stick...)
