That requires investigation work, and an exhaustive list of packages
which reference these directories. Feel free to indulge in this.
I don't have the time right now to do this kind of investigation
myself.
And don't forget about the dependency issue: for debian to be stable,
we have to have a decent way of representing dependencies for this
kind of change.
