Actually, it can't, but that's because other bits of tkdesk are
incompatible with tcl/tk 8.0.  As the upstream source of tkdesk comes
with its own blt, that's getting used.

There'll be a package of this in incoming certainly before the end of
the week, hopefully tomorrow.
