Well, I once sent Guy a bug report that, while fdisk worked pretty well  
with large disks, cfdisk didn't have the same fixes. It took some time to  
get those fixes right (I think Guy first misunderstood them).

It's unclear to me why he prefers cfdisk; I'd have expected the opposite.
