Intent to package wmmix (when it comes out ;-)

I intent to package wmmix when 1.0 comes out (license permiting). 
wmmix is not a WindowMaker version of asmix (that's wmmixer).
Instead, it's a really good looking applet that gives tons of
feedback about the state of the sound card.
