Umm. no. I do not think that a discussion on one package is
enough. This should be discussed in the policy group, and if such a
decision is taken, and included inpolicy, *then* you file bugs.
I find this make-policy-by-filing-bug reports extremely
irritating, and even though I tend to agree with you on this point, I
still think you should restrain your trigger happy bug filing
finger.
