Hi,
From what I can see, wget seems superior: it can download also
from ftp sites, as well as http servers; they both can be reliably
backgrounded (I have seen wget restart a broken connection, redial 5
times, and continue all without manual intervantion)
wget has a full featured recusrion mechanism. htget does not
seem to have one. wget has resume, and timeouts, the only thing it is
missing is the minimum rate timeout.
Hmm. I guess I'll stick to wget then. minimum rate timeouts
are not that important
