procps broken ?

	I am going to compile a 2.1.x kernel .

The docs say to check version numbers on several things

Everything passes except ps and automount. I can't find automount
and ps gives:

	homey 69 > ps --version
procps version 1.12

While the Changes files wants this:
	- Procps 1.2 ; ps --version

So I try to install the new procps (downloaded a couple of times )

homey 68 > dpkg -i /home/lapeyre/incom/procps_1.2.5-1.deb
(Reading database ... 32655 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace procps 1.12.2 (using .../incom/procps_1.2.5-1.deb)
...
Unpacking replacement procps ...
dpkg: error processing /home/lapeyre/incom/procps_1.2.5-1.deb (--install):
trying to overwrite directory `/bin' in package fileutils with
nondirectory
Update-menus: waiting for dpkg to finish (forking to background)
Update-menus: (checking /var/lib/dpkg/lock)
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /home/lapeyre/incom/procps_1.2.5-1.deb

I checked the bug tracking page, there is no bug on it. Should I file a
bug, or am I missing something ?
