Yes, you can file a bug against it. But somebody said that procps 1.2.5-2
is already in Incoming, so that might just fix this bug. I can't seem to
find it on the two Incoming mirrors that I know of, though.

The /bin in procps 1.2.5-1 is an executable binary (confirmed by ldd). I
haven't tried to execute it, do I don't know what it does.
