Upon further consultation with the authors of the package,  they've
informed me that there are other bad things that might happen if you call
them directly rather than from the topbox,  and have basically said that
"noone should ever do this,"  in one opinion.  So I'll put 'em in
/usr/X11R6/lib/rosegarden.

I probably will,  thanks.  The new Rosegarden 2.1 requires tclmidi,  which
I've packaged and uploaded,  so that's the biggest difference.
