If that is true, Guy, than what package should provide it? I am up-to-date
with libc6 and when I had the same troubles with netscape not finding locales
AND xterm and knews (and I don't know how many more I didn't try then) not
finding their app-defaults until I make the soft link.
At that time, there was no /usr/i486-linuxlibc1 directory.
Whatever package creates that should have a bug filed against it. Either that
or whatever package removed it if it was there at one time should have a bug
filed.
