I like this, but I agree with Joost on: put just the Homepage.
Yes it would require human intervention; but the good place to put this into
the sources is, of course, in the "control" file.

More. This makes a Packages.gz file useful for people who _don't_ use
Debian. Effectively, it becomes a lsm-like database. More if the proposed
one-line "license" field is approved.
