kernel-headers and bin86 are unnecessary, because they're not needed
for compilation of the vast majority of packages (I've never had to
use either of them for m68k compiles (obviously I couldn't use
bin86)).
Why file? cpp can be removed because gcc depends on it. How about
automake? makeinfo is needed for a lot of stuff, I would recommend
that but it's currently stuck inside tetex-bin.
