I was thinking about distinguishing a "developer's editor" from a
"simple user's editor". But probably the way I do it is bad, since
even I find it a bit dirty; after all, it was just an ad-hoc field to
answer the original question...

I'm not sure to understand what you mean, here. Could you develop that ?
