Yes, the discussion was probably much too confusing so that everyone knows
the current state. Please don't worry (be happy :-) Your summary does not
have much in common with our current proposal.

I'll try to finish the document I was talking about later today and I'll
post it here so that everyone can have a look. If people still have
problems we can easily fix a few sections of the document.

Note, that we don't have a policy decision about documentation yet. So we
can easily change it if necessary.


Please hold this discussion until I have the document ready. Everything
else will probably make the people even more confused.
