Again, please do _NOT_ send me any messages your CC to the list. I read
the list carefully and usually I don't miss anything important.

As a simple rule I'd say not to CC anyone if you are replying to a mailing
list. However, if the stuff is really important for a specific person, a
CC might be useful. But this shouldn't happen often.
