The availability of $5 two-CD sets hopefully addresses the phone line
cost problem somewhat if you only want to run the stable system. LSL
tells me they will ship to all nations, and of course there are CD
manufacturers preparing to sell the official CDs at low prices in
many nations.

This doesn't mean we should not address the problem, of course.
