I wasn't aware of that. It's been a while since I looked closely at
qmail. I'm surprised DJB would compromise on this issue since his
Maildir format is supposed to be so superior. :) Of course, he
probably had to compromise out of necessity. A very, very, recent
version of mutt is the only MUA I know of that can read Maildir files.
