That's not enough: If somebody wants "info only" documentation, he
probably accepts HTML too, if there is no info equivalent for it.  So
simple pattern matching isn't enough powerful.

May be there could be some configuration option, which can be tested
for prefered documentation format.  Packages containing both info and
HTML documentation could test it and remove unwanted documentation
pieces in `postinst'.  But I don't know if it wouldn't confuse dpkg or
something/someone else.
